Work Hard & Travel Abroad
At the end of your internship, you will have the opportunity to join the Drop Cap international team retreat. We are a virtual team but love to come together to have fun as a group! Celebrate a season of hard work with a tropical weekend getaway.
Travel is a huge component of how our creative team stays inspired and creates lasting memories, and having the opportunity to get away on a creative team retreat with women who get you and share your love of design, who support your dreams and goals, and who cheer you on in your pursuit of online entrepreneurship is good for the soul.
Our internship isn't just about learning how the Drop Cap studio operates or particpating in our client projects, it's mostly about allowing you getting the high level of training and wisdom needed to take your work (and business!) to the next level. Our team retreats are a way to have focused personal development while you get to have a fun vacation with fellow designers!

THE PERKS
Timeline: 3 months
Investment: 5-7 hours/wk
If chosen for this internship, you will receive training in December, and begin in January and will continue through March 20, 2024.

- Fulfill weekly creative assignments and actively participate in the group for 12 weeks.
- Ability to meet deadlines and attend weekly team meetings.
- Existing graphic design skills, including a familiarity with Adobe design programs & Canva
- Willingness to try new skills and implement feedback
- Commit to 5-7 hours of work per week
As an intern, you will be required to commit to work a certain number of hours per week, meet with your design team, and commit for twelve weeks. By the end of your internship you will have new design skills, renewed confidence, a community of friends to help you succeed, and the insight to help you fulfill your calling as a brand designer.
