Our discovery process has been fine-tuned and refined to help you gather all of your creative assets and technical details in one place so we’re all ready to hit the ground running during your Intensive without waiting on loose ends.
Your Intensive will follow a spacious, but efficient cadence. We'll alternate between heavy-lifting design days and spacious time for you to review and ask questions. Our intention is to not waste time, but also give you the tools and ability to take it all in and make the right decisions for your business.
We are nutty about the details. Prior to launch, we’ll do a team-wide check to make sure everything is working properly, is primed & optimized to attract your clients, and most of all—looks absolutely swoon-worthy. When all systems point to go, we’ll make sure you have the tools, resources, and training to press go and watch the new inquiries roll in.
Learning a new platform can have its challenges, even with thorough training. How many pages can my website have for an Intensive?
Our Web Intensive is based on a baseline 5 core pages, with the option to add on a blog OR online shop. Based on the page length of the main site, you may have the option to add on pages during this experience. Sites that extend beyond 10 pages require a custom proposal and timeline.
Do I have to have a website template to do a Web Intensive?
Currently, we exclusively work with TONIC and Northfolk templates, and a template purchase is required for a Web Intensive. The cost of the template is not included in the cost of the service. We offer assistance in selecting a template, and with either company you can receive 15% off all templates with the code ‘DROPCAPDESIGN’ at checkout.
Will you design my logo, pick my colors, or write my copy?
The Web Intensive does not automatically include branding services, copywriting, or photography curation. Copywriting and photography curation can be added at an additional cost, and branding assets can be created prior to your Web Intensive by purchasing the Intensive Bundle during checkout. If you do not select the Intensive Bundle, then you must provide your own logos, color hex codes, and fonts.
What if I have questions about my website after launch?
Each Web Intensive includes custom website training videos in a branded PDF and 30 days of technical support. This doesn't mean we'll be redesigning pages or adding new content, but we will be able to answer any questions, troubleshoot tech glitches, and make sure you feel confident and ready to use your site to its fullest potential!
What if I want to add pages after launch? Can you help?
We can absolutely add to your website after launch without the need for purchasing another Web Intensive. Simply reach out to our studio, and we will provide an estimate at our hourly studio rate exclusive to our previous clientele. We also offer ongoing site maintenance, team training, and web strategy as your brand, and business, grow post launch!
